Unlocking the Next
Tier-1 Gold District in Saudi Arabia
Kenz Global Resources controls over 1,300 km² of district-scale exploration ground across the Afif–Nabitah Gold Corridor—one of the most prospective and underexplored orogenic gold belts globally.

Kenz Global Resources and SKRR Exploration to Form a New Exploration Company
Kenz Global Resources is merging with SKRR Exploration (TSXV: SKRR) through a proposed RTO to form Saudi Minerals Corp., a new exploration company combining SKRR’s public listing with Kenz’s 1,300 km² portfolio of nine licenses across Saudi Arabia’s most prospective gold- and copper-bearing belt.
Why Saudi Arabia. Why Now?
Mining is designated as the 3rd pillar of the Saudi economy under Vision 2030. The Kingdom offers up to USD $2M per license in exploration incentives, transparent auctions, and 100% foreign ownership—while major producers are validating the belt with billion-dollar exploration budgets.

Kenz Global
Resources Ltd.
Kenz controls the largest contiguous foreign-owned exploration land position in Saudi Arabia's current licensing framework. Ground previously held by Ma'aden includes 7,000+ geochemical samples, airborne geophysics, and structural mapping—significantly de-risking the path to drilling. Strategic Saudi joint ventures provide streamlined permitting, regional alignment, and rapid execution.
